Become the best pest by eliminating bugs and collecting cheese!

Play as a cute little rat trying to escape the dangerous Fog and survive as long as you can in this bug themed rouguelite. Collect cheese to unlock different skill vegies in order to get stronger for your next run.

There are two phases in each level of the game. First you must run to the top of the map, dodging enemies and collecting powerups. Once you reach the top, a swarm of bugs will close in on you. The only way to make it to safety and to reach the next level is by defeating the bugs and stepping on the magical platform after it has been activated.

There are five dangerous insects you can come across:

The Spricket is a part spider part cricket abomination that can suddenly leap onto you over obstacles. Keep your distance and watch out for when they are about to jump.

Stinkbugs are highly energetic and extremely explosive. They will erratically follow you, building up stink until they detonate creating a large radius of slowing stink you have to move through.

Mosquitos are annoying and agile. They can fly over obstacles and steal blood from you. Be sure to exterminate them quickly because every attack they land will heal them.

Millipedes quickly become a problem when trying to run through a level as fast as possible. They block your path and attempt to ram into you like a runaway train. Be careful to dodge their strikes and attack their segments to make them smaller.

Fire Ants are peaceful, yet destructive. Leave one alive for too long and you will have a fiery mess on your hands. Each step creates harmful plumes of fire which last for a few seconds. Try to trap them when they aren't moving and don't let the fire get out of hand.

There are multiple powerups you can find in hidden chests or from killing bugs:

Second Wind increases your movement speed for a short time. Use this to speed along the level.

Buff Juice is an experimental potion with the ability to activate your brute strength, allowing you to sweep through bugs.

Bug Spray shields yourself from attacks for a few seconds, giving you a moment to recuperate and beat your attackers back.

Bandaid is a nice way to recover from a big battle. Put it on your boo-boo and let the pain be washed away.

Time Freeze is pretty straight forward. Freeze time for a few seconds, giving you a chance to reposition and get some nasty combos on a group of enemies.

Fan blows away the deadly Fog, giving you just a few more moments of safety before it comes rolling back in.

Decay brings in a deadly neurotoxin that affects only the bugs. All bugs get brought down to half health during its duration. All damage dealt in this time is doubled.

Stomp the enemies into oblivion. Under your massive boot you can deal big damage and stun any enemies hit for a short duration.

Camo Cap allows you to sneak away unscathed from your pursuers. Putting on the cap makes you temporarily intargetable by any insect. It is a few sizes too big however and any attack you do will send it flying off, ending its effect early.

After each run, you can use any cheese gathered during your last playthrough to purchase magical vegetables in the underground Upgrade pit in the main menu. These upgrades will not only boost your stats and give you unique and powerful abilities, but will also unlock the ability to purchase more of them in the form of a skill tree. 

For the most experienced of rodents, head over to the achievement platform located on the right side of the main menu. Here you can unlock your true rat potential by completing the 24 difficult challenge tablets. Brag to all your friends about how you spent two hours playing a game about bugs and rats instead of studying by showing all of your unlocked achievements. To collect all is not for the faint of heart. Some challenges require you to try dozens of times just to fill whatever wacky objective it sets for you. Good luck rats!
